In Perpignan to lead a conference about cooking as an art, he is an art specialist as a critic and theorist. He is the author, among others, of book of references, translated in several languages, like Critères esthétiques et jugement de goût ou L'art à l'état gazeux.

Ferran Adria

He began to take and interest to cooking in 1980, while he worked as a diver in a hostel in Ibiza. After a formation based on catalan cooking, he becomes one of proponents of molecular cooking by keeping the flavors of traditional cooking. Today considered as one of the best Chef in the world, he is the famous chef of the restaurant El Bulli at Montjoi (Costa Brava, Espagne).

Werner Hofman

He was one of the last representatives of the Art School of Vienne. From 1962 to 1969, he leads the Museum of the XXth Century in Vienne, and then he becomes the honorar director of the Kunsthalle of Hambourg from 1969 to 1990.​

Jean-Paul Boucheny

He produces the TV show L'Art et la Manière which offers a panorama of the contemporary creation, under the form of 26 minutes documentaries which do the portraits of contemporary artists, wether they are visual artists, architects, painters, photographs or designers.

Matali Crasset

Industrial designer by formation, she questions in her work the evidence of the codes that govern our daily life to better free ourself from them and experiment. Then she develops new typologies articulated around principles such as modularity, appropriation, flexibility, network. She collaborates with eclectic universes, from artisanat to electronic music, from textile industry to Fair trade.
