The dates of the eleventh edition of the FILAF festival are here ! Let's meet in Perpignan

from the 21st to the 27th of June, 2021

CALL FOR APPLICATION

Pretty Pictures and FILAF are joining forces to jointly support the production of original and ambitious films about visual artists.

Two prizes: the silver donkey with an amount of 5,000 euros and the golden donkey with an amount of 10,000 euros will be paid to a producer or a director to complete the production of a documentary film, of at least 52 minutes, on a surprising artist (living or deceased) whose work is little known, or less known than what the quality of his work - and of the character - deserves, or to a known artist who has never been the subject of an ambitious film.

The films must have already started and the prize must allow them to be completed before the FILAF of the following year so that they can then be screened at the festival. During the festival week, a professional day will be organized on Friday, June 25, 2021.

During one day, directors, broadcasters, and producers of films having art as their subject will meet in Perpignan in order to materialize and finance projects. This professional day includes meetings with the jurors and presentations giving rise to the scholarships awarded by FILAF and its partners.

Send your application to contact@filaf.com before May 1st, 2021.
